Use case

TestFlight feedback,
in your Slack channel.

Every screenshot, crash log, and tester note lands in the channel your team already lives in. No more checking App Store Connect by hand.

The problem with TestFlight feedback

App Store Connect emails you when a tester submits feedback. The email arrives in someone's personal inbox (usually whoever's listed as the primary contact), often a day late, sometimes routed to spam, and never in the place where the rest of the team can actually discuss the bug.

Multiply that by every tester on every TestFlight build, and you're either staring at the App Store Connect feedback tab on a refresh loop, or you're missing reports until a tester nudges you in person.

The fix: forward betaFeedbackCreated to Slack

App Store Connect can webhook every tester feedback event. Juice Machine receives them on your app's secret webhook URL, pulls the rest of the context from the App Store Connect API (the tester's comment, device model, OS version), and posts a formatted message to whichever Slack channel your team picks.
